collapse sets you’re not working on at the moment
i don’t want to scroll thru entire work out so being able to collapse that set/superset would be awesome.

When you have back to back reps, have a 5 seconds to transition to different weight/position/area.
I noticed that when I have back to back exercises, there is no transition time and I have to pause everything (example: dumbbell curls to push-ups). Having 5 seconds to move to the floor and position myself so I’m ready for a full rep would help so I can track a full rep.

Update gym equipment
So many pieces of equipment not on the app, very frustrating as you can't alway log what you have done, I workout in a English gym, not sure weather this is just based on a USA based gym.

Ability to add a weight lifted or 1 3 5 10 RM goals for exercise
My trainer works with me to improve my lifts. I'll like to be able to set a 1,3,5, 10RM goal with my trainer and have this somewhere in my app.
Or at least goal to bench press 145lbs or something like that.

Be able to substitute workouts without losing data
When you substitute a workout and select an alternative it allows you to but the timers so away that have been added for rest in between sets

Add a training calendar
Have a calendar similar to outlook that pops up with a notification “training session with (trainer’s name) today at 3pm” this will eliminate trainer’s having to text clients to remind them and also allow them to build a schedule on their end so they don’t get training schedules mixed up.

Add abs/core exercises to planned workout plan
Im current doing a MusclePharm workout plan. It would be good to be able to have a link for more MusclePharm workouts to be able to add abs/core workout. Also for other users to add to their own planned workouts.

Add equipment that’s not in the all
I workout at planet fitness and there’s an thigh adductor machine and a thigh abductor machine. Only the machine seated adductor is in the app. It would be nice to just add any type of exercise or equipment just to keep track. Almost like a free style edit. I also use a rotation abdominal machine at planet fitness that’s not in the app either and I’d like to keep track of progress and weight.

Need to be able to inquire about summary stats from past workouts (eg, total weight, max weight)

When searching for exercises show previously completed exercises with a marker
If I want to swap an exercise it is sometimes hard to find exercises which u have previously done because there are multiple versions. If you could find old ones the comparison information would be useful

Add an option to toggle between the home and gym workout
When in the challenge, the default workout is set to gym. The process requires you to search the weeks workouts to grab the matching home workout and add it to your calendar. This also doesn’t allow you to remove the gym workout from the day’s cue. If a toggle was provided either on the specific day OR a preset default option, it would make the app more friendly. This can either be a toggle or a drop down pick

Little more time between each individual exercise
There is the countdown to each exercise in HIIT training, but maybe give a 5-8 second break between one officially ends and the next begins. For getting up from floor and moving to a different area or what have you.

Show the training volume for each exercise and muscle group completed in the workout
Training volume is a big indicator of development. I used to track it for each muscle group in excel and made sure it was increasing each week. It would be great to have that on the app
