Personal best list
Bring back the list of recent personal bests at the bottom of the home screen. It was a feature on the old layout but isn't on new new one. It was a great quick way to check recent progress and achievements.

Health Connect already tracks and syncs with Biolayne, food Tracking through Health Connect would allow us to use one less app and condense more health data into one place for analytics.

Notifications, Meal tracking and Progression
• Please make notifications about other members’ activity in the selected group optional, so users can choose not to display them within the group. This would make it much easier to follow questions and answers without distraction.
• In the food logging section:
• There should be a field to manually enter the time of consumption.
• The default image should not be automatically assigned. It should be optional and selectable by the user.
• The meal type should not be automatically set based on the time of day. Users should be able to manually select the meal type immediately,…1 vote -

Food that is under the custom column should be searchable
Food under the custom column is not searchable if I start to type the name. Would be nice to be able to do this instead of scrolling through the custom list to find an item I added before.

Fibre Circle like the other Macros
Create a circle that could work as a Macro for Fibre Intake. Everyone forgets to get fiber when on a fatloss, but its actually very important, not to mention for our life. If we have a circle that crosses the fibre intake on MFP to the App it will help tremendously.

Move a single food item
Would be great if you could move a single item from a meal to change its meal type or copy only that item to another day, rather than having to move/copy the entire meal.

Link the comments
Frustrating that when I get comments from trainer in the app, they are just bundled together and not linked to the actual entry that the comment is made for. Comment on food entry for example could be for any meal, but it doesn’t specify.

High-Risk Slots vs. Steady Gameplay: How to Spot the Difference Early
Anyone who spends enough time with online slots eventually notices a pattern: some games feel calm, predictable, and almost meditative, while others seem volatile, tense, and capable of flipping the session upside down in a single spin. This contrast is usually described as the difference between high-risk slots and games with steady gameplay. Understanding which is which early on can save both money and frustration, and it can also help players choose experiences that actually match their mood and goals.
The key is learning how to read a slot…
