Have mobility set up like the weight lifting.

Samsung Health app other wise this app is useless to me
I have a Samsung watch and by looking at your app that I now have to use it's going to be a headache for me to manually add if this is what I'll have to do. This will not be user-friendly and I'll probably have to look at another app.

Customisation of challenges
We would like to be able to add multiple customised habits for the challenge and then be able to select a different amount of points for each. Example 5points completing coaching model , 10points for completing a good deed for the day etc. So we can bespoke challenges more.

Get rid of the 60s timer that auto runs.
When starting a workout with video a 60s timer runs instead of the timer of the video. This completely messes up the tracking of my heart rate, caloric burn etc because when I start the actual workout video it pauses the workout due to this other timer. Frustrating to see none of your effort was recorded after you did the workout.

Click forward/backward from the diary/details page
Instead of going back to the dashboard to click to see previous days, you should be able to go forward and backwards under diary and details pages.

Allow copy of another dY
I basically eat the same thing several times a week. It would be great if I could reuse or copy a photo on multiple days rather than having to take a new picture every time

Notes section for the sleep tracker
A notes section for the sleep tracker. I might "sleep" a total of 6-8 hours, but I frequently wake up, sometimes for hours between and it would be nice to track that as well, since it 100% affects health.

Adjust restaurant order
Would be nice if you go out to eat and find the item on this app to be able to possibly adjust it.
Example, ordered ginger soy salmon that comes with rice(brown or white), vegetables and peanut vinegarette sauce.
I ordered without rice and without the peanut sauce but can't remove it anyway.1 vote -

Just focus on making it work properly and consistently. Adding more features is just going to come up the works even more. Maybe higher better coders

View ingredients for food
View/adjust/swap/remove ingredients from multi-ingredient items for tracking. For example, what is in the “chili” option? There’s a lot of different ways to make beef chili, so I’d like to be able to view the baseline ingredient list and make adjustments/substitutions as needed for more accurate tracking.

The app doesn’t show all my workouts that I can choose from. I have a push day that doesn’t appear in my phone. I can only see it in my watc
I have a push day but I can only open it through my watch. I have everything up to date

A Recipe from the discover section should show also in the overview by clicking on the name or the picture
If I add a meal from discover to my plan I can’t open the recipe again by clicking on the title or the photo. I always have to go to „add meal“ then go to discover or favorites again and look for the recipe. Then I have to go back and delete that meal.

Fixes and improvements
There was a bug with the app that caused the workout to still continue on my Apple Watch even though I completed it a while ago. Closing the app and opening it again didn’t fix anything. I had to restart my Apple Watch. Now, my heart rate doesn’t show up in the workouts.
I also can’t create my own workouts and add them. Allowing users to create and add their own workouts would be very helpful.

Better UI in the app.
The data entry for reps completed doesn't make sense as it shows reps x kgs for all the excercises. I suggest better user interface in the app.
The number of reps for a particular excercise is not clear, each leg/side the mentioned number of reps, or half reps on each leg/side.
Rest between each rep. What I noticed was for easier excercises it was 90 seconds and for some difficult workouts it was 30 seconds.
If a instruction video is more than 2 mins... The work out time gets stretched out which inturn turns a 60 minutes workout to 90…

Separate restaurant food list
Please make a separate list of restaurant foods! When I put in something like fried eggs, I get a giant list that includes all kinds of restaurants I've never heard of and have no interest in. I just want to know how many calories in a simple fried egg.

Make App Better
The app sucks. Simply put. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks, but every day it’s another frustration. The recipes cannot be added by tapping ‘add a meal’ because they don’t show up in any of the searches. You have to find the recipe, swap it in your daily food plan, then add it. And if you alter the recipe for any reason (like some of the recipes actually suggest - make the sandwich open face, etc), you can’t alter the totals for the calories, fat, carbs. VERY frustrating. Also, adding custom recipes take forever. Many store bought foods are inaccurate,…

Weekly calorie and protein tracking.
I would like to see my calrorie and protein tracker over a week. So if I’m over one day or two days I could see how much I need to cut to make my weekly goal.
