We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    Put stair masters in the cinema. There aren’t enough stair masters in the gym. It would be great if there were some in the cinema.

  2. 2x day sanitation of steam room. It gets nasty!

    Clean the steam room 2 times a day. It gets nasty! Grime is always on the floor. It smells rotten not clean. Hair is visible for days on the tile. Just clean it please!

  4. get concept 2 rowing machine

    anyone who as done crew understands why concept 2 rowing machines are the superior model. they also are equipped the with the fish game. if you have never played this game you are missing out. this will make the fish game available to everyone

  5. Cell phone etiquette

    Cell phone use etiquette. I had a person have a full conversation on the phone and I can hear whole conversation. Also, when I want to use a machine there have been person sitting on machine either texting or talking on phone. Maybe a sign to remind others to be courteous and not use phone or step off floor to use phone

    Please provide Kiara Thomas with a 5:30am strength and restore class on a weekly basis- LOVED her class, it was enlightening and engaging. Many people including myself, can’t attend the 2:30pm class on her regular schedule. Thank you so so much for your support and consideration 🥰

    M-F 6am-11pm
    Saturday & Sunday 6am-10pm. Makes it worth our money and doesn’t limit us so much.

  9. Childcare monitors in the app !! I hate not being able to check and make sure my baby is okay

    We are new to the gym and my 1 year old has never been in childcare a day in her life. We kept have to walk all the way to the front to make sure she was okay. When she sees us she gets upset. I would love to be able to monitor from a live stream on the app the childcare room to make sure she is okay.

  10. Chat feature to report problems in real time

    It would be nice to have a chat feature where members can share issues in real time. Sometimes there is a weird man working out in the womens center, or unattended teenagers destroying property in the sauna, and there's no way to immediately inform staff without leaving to go to the front desk

  11. Kids Center open Friday Evenings

    It’d be great if the kids center were open Friday evenings. Because of my work schedule Friday nights used to be an important workout for me, but I especially need support with childcare at that time to make that happen

  17. Unskippable alarms on gym day

    So the app makes you put in your gym days and your ideal time right then at that time on that day Everytime there will be an alarm it's completely unskippable until you check in you can turn it off in settings only when the alarm isn't sounding and make it un neccisarialy hard to get too trust bro

  19. Customize the hype gym app

    It will be a great idea to add in the app a digital process tracker to show how many calories did you burn in one hour gym work out, Add activity to show how do you use the gym machine and weights, add a gym store if you sell athletic clothes, bag for gym.
