Autosave meals
In app automatically save entries in meal tracker before you lose them (frustrating) after logging multiple items. You can use the edit feature if you need to remove them after auto save capture.

Optional extra progress pictures
Currently there’s only 3 progress pictures we can upload, front side back. Can we have extra optional ones that we could label ourselves. For example so I could upload both side right and left pictures. Also allows us to do flexed vs not flexed photos

Keyboard covers entry boxes
How about not having the keyboard covering and thus hiding the boxes I’m trying to enter into?! Ya that’d be great! This seriously isn’t something you’ve noticed???

Sandlot/GoRUCK app talk to each other?
It would be cool if you could add the Sandlot App as a feature on here, so when you sign up for an event on Sandlot it automatically tells you in your notifications that you have this workout or fist bump that day. And when you click completed, it automatically completes on the sandlot app as well.
So far really great experience through and through!

Pre program meals
Pre program the meals from the Back2Fit program into the food selector so all you have to do is select them to add rather than type in each recipe individually.

Short superset timers are terrible
When timers for sets are going, say 20s on/ 10s off for rowing, hitting the timer becomes obnoxious. Allowing superset interval timers would improve functionality of these types of workouts and user experience greatly.

Enter my own personal routines under my to do‘s category
I struggle with building routines as simple as things to do after getting out of bed in the morning.
It would be great if the app would let me enter in things like drink my water. Take my shower whatever I want from my routine.
I would love to live within this app and not have multiple apps for everything
Maybe it’s just for a couple weeks until I get in the habit of this, but it would be really nice to open this app every morning and just check check check as I go down my morning routine1 vote -
Make it easier to Log meal type
The current layout is clunky and I have to remember whether I logged breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack.
Additionally I think I should be able to add to “snacks” at any time, regardless of whether I had a snack earlier in the day.

Comment more than just numbers for weights (example: colour of mini-band). Allowing us to type whatever we want in the reps/weight section.
Under each exercise you can only submit a number. Being able to submit whatever we wanted would allow for more accurate notes. Mini-band colour for example. Or if using a combination of of weight and adding a band being able to note that somehow.

Improve Withings connection.
I use a Withings watch and I have found that the sync in background does not work. In order to get it to sync I have to disconnect and then reconnect the Withings App.

Show amount of serving sizes in list
If you watch your meals it only says 100g (or what ever the serving size is) and *** kcal.
But it does not show how many of those 100g you added.
Example. White rice: 100g ——> 700kcal (it doesn’t show it’s 2x100g)11 votes -

Add to Cart
Would love to have an “add to cart” click that allows me to add shakes and supplements that meet the suggested criteria. Would save me time. The supplement videos are very motivating and I want to incorporate but there’s not an easy way to find supplements that match the criteria.

Better Accessibility for disabled users
The app needs to conform to accessibility guidelines for apps. As a disabled veteran, I struggle with using the app when working out. It would be nice to be able to zoom in and out and also to have higher contrast ratios.

Can’t add workout past certain date
If I could easily add my workouts to the day I want to add them without having to add them to some cut off date for some reason?? I think the program she designed was originally for the first eight weeks but now I have to add them in to the last active date of those initial 8 weeks and transfer it to present day, is this a feature my trainer can change or is it an issue with the app???

Add a count down to rest timer
Rather than just one ding ‘times up’ for your rest clock, give a 3 second countdown chime and then the timer

Select or flag favourite exercises
Ability to flag favourite exercises so you don't have to search through entire list when substituting.
