We are continually updating your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Could you please set the default page upon opening the app to the Dash board?

    App user interface, recently the default page that comes up when I open the app is one of the excersise routines. It used to be the dashboard would be the first thing I saw when opening the app. How can I change this back?

  3. Allow for substitutions within meal suggestions/recipes

    It would be great to be able to make substitutions/edits when creating one of the in-app meals. For example, substituting chicken for vegan sausage in one of the recipes and having the nutrients adjusted.

  5. Have the app stop glitching

    Whenever I use the app on my iPhone, it always ends up crashing on me. Whether that is stopping my workouts unprompted, not connecting or staying connected to my Apple Watch, monitoring my heartrate, or logging my progress. Especially when I start the app, I have to restart the workout multiple times just to have the phone and watch apps sync. Please fix this.

  7. Servings are in standard American cup. If using in the UK this is difficult to quantify as we use gms ,items.

    Remove cup measurement or have gram equivalent in brackets as UK users do not use cup as a measure

  8. Keep recent food amounts

    Most recent foods don’t remember the last amount and type of measurement entered. It would be faster to use it again if it was listed with the last previously entered amount and measurement type.

  10. Improve the app’s response time

    It takes too long time to load an activity, change view etc. The program is just too slow.

  11. Self care

    Adding a note section to prioritize self care. Would be great to be able to add things that you did that day to prioritize what other things you did that day to self care. Yard work listens to music spa day ect

  12. More clear, visible back buttons from videos

    The back button to get out of a video demonstration disappears and then I hit the back button on my phone. Keep the back button visible during video.

  14. Photos of what a serving size might look like

    It’s hard to understand what a serving size is and without weighing everything I’m eating, photos could be handy for understanding what a serving size would look like

  15. Delete historic items

    Would like to be able to delete some items in the history, as they were selected during trials and did not have the exact product manufacturer (and therefore nutritional value) info.

  16. Transferring old workout to next week

    When transferring old workout that was completed to a new week give an option to transfer as a new workout. So instead of editing old ones I can just enter new results . Or when creating new workout give an option to go to history and grab from old ones so I don’t have to search or recreate.

  18. Adjust scanned items

    The ability to adjust scanned items. Some items scan in correctly with wrong calories or some macro information. The ability to adjust that would be great. Otherwise make them scan in correctly every time.

  19. While doing a cardio session, I’d like the ability for the clock to continue to run while I’m able to check the next days workout or message

    I’d like the ability to check the workouts and message my coach while in an extended cardio session. The clock can still run in the back while I’m able to look forward to what’s next on the day and review those workouts/ moves at that time.

  20. The ability to turn off the "X days streak" pop ups/ notifications

    It's nice at first but it's just become irritating having to then click twice to get out of each one, especially when closing off a number of habits. It makes the user experience slow and laggy.
