Clients log into thier account. They click on training program. Sub menu opens up
- add workout
- add program
If they click on workout. It opens to display categories of workouts. Cardio, upper body, chest & Triceps....etc.
The client clicks on what they want. The calendar then pops up and they can schedule the workout in on which ever day they choose.
If they select programs. A variety of programs are displayed. 3 day / week, 4 day / week... Etc. The client selects the program. Again the calendar pops up and they can select when it starts.
Secondly, have the option that some workouts and programs are free and some can be bought. If the client chooses to buy a program their account is automatically charged if credit card details have been added OR the client is then prompted to add credit card details to buy the program.
This gives more flexibility for the client to choose what they want to do also gives more opportunity for the business to make more sales.
