    For me. The point is to be able to still live my life and have dinner with friends and family whether at a restaurant or somebody else’s homemade meal and still keep track of my intake.

  10. Be extremely clear about the menu items and quantities on the lists. Table Spoons didn’t reflect the weight indicated on the lists.
