We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. View Location name with multiple chosen in filter

    The latest update allows for classes in multiple locations to be filtered. However, when clicking on the class to book, it doesn't say which location it's assigned to.

  2. Being able to see the weight from the last time

    I would like to see what the weight was the last time I did the workout, so I can do it again or know to increase it.

  4. Up to date club hours.

    Club hours used to be listed and updated in the app. Since the new app it’s missing and is not helpful, especially during holidays

  5. Allow the app to rotate

    My phone screen does not work on the top left so I cannot access my barcode. Allowing the app to rotate will give accessibility to anyone with a similar issue.

  6. Being able to see and add old work outs from past groups

  7. Show club hours next to club info

    I don’t know if I’m just kidding it, but the club hours are not visible with club info. That would be greatly helpful for those who don’t have the gym hours locked in yet

  8. Equipment Guide Tab

    Make a tab for newcomers to view videos and guides ready to go in the app. Scanning the QR code doesn’t always work. Also make it faster for when custom workouts are added to the app and people want to be prepared for an updated routine.

    Signing up for classes should go back to how they before where you are able to drop down and pick the locations to see the week. I don't like looking at multiple locations at once

  11. Request for guest pass for members for friends and family members

    Easier for gym staff to process guest passes. Guests can provide needed identification and needed signatures, pre visit.

  16. Calendar hold for Upcoming classes

    I like to book my schedule a week or 2 in advance. Since we cannot book classes until 48 hours before the class starts, I have to manually add the class to my calendar. I'd like the option to add a class to my calendar with a reminder to register. The old app allowed me to add the class to my calendar so I could plan in advance.

  20. Need favorite 2 locations saved

    I need to search/book classes at 2 locations. It was easily done with the old app. But with the new app, I have to add the second location every time, because the new app would not save my favorite locations but only always start with a single location. This is time assuming and annoying.
