Be able to have two workout plans loaded
I had a workout plan loaded and my
Coach loaded an upcoming plan which then removed existing plan. Would be great to be able to have multiple workout plans loaded3 votes -
Stop timing out on apple
App always times out on Apple drives me nuts I have to go back in and wait for it to load data!

Make it so we don't have to close the messenger tab and reopen it to see the new message that comes in. Your ap ks VERY buggy. Bad.
Your app is very buggy. It no longer notifies me when my trainer sends me a message either. I have reinstalled it and still, nothing. Plus, videos only sometimes load and take 30 seconds to show.

Being able to copy old completed workouts and be able to paste them again on another day as well

View predicted rep maxes up to 12RM based on previous sets/reps/weight
This would allow you to accurately predict what your rep maxes would be based on previous workouts up to 12RM, using formulas created by Baechle, Bryzcki...

Allow me to see more than one workout plan at a time so I can prep for the new workouts coming up
When I am near the end of a current workout plan, I would like to be able to see what is coming up next in the new workout plan so I can educate myself on moves I haven’t seen before.

Auto populate weight and reps from last workout
It’d be awesome if when starting a exercise, that the weight and reps be auto populated from the last time that exercise was done. Especially when doing a routine where you’re doing the same exercises every week. Instead of having to put it in every time.

Allow quick video to go along with progress pictures, so you can not only see pictures but quick video updates.
It would be nice to send a quick update video on progress so your coach can see how you look daily, even if it’s a 15sec video.

Notifications to tell you to do your workout/motivating quotes
Sometimes we really need motivation to workout so I think that you should make it so we can post times to send workout notifications or motivating quotes

enable checking off individual exercises without checking off the whole workout
Sometimes I have to split up a workout or can’t complete and would love to be able to track more accurately which exercises I did or go back and complete without having to edit tracking to keep my place.

Add an option to toggle between the home and gym workout
When in the challenge, the default workout is set to gym. The process requires you to search the weeks workouts to grab the matching home workout and add it to your calendar. This also doesn’t allow you to remove the gym workout from the day’s cue. If a toggle was provided either on the specific day OR a preset default option, it would make the app more friendly. This can either be a toggle or a drop down pick

Little more time between each individual exercise
There is the countdown to each exercise in HIIT training, but maybe give a 5-8 second break between one officially ends and the next begins. For getting up from floor and moving to a different area or what have you.
