    Having the ability to fully customize rest times and the duration clients spend on each exercise, whether through traditional training or interval training. For example, 8 minutes on the treadmill instead of 5 minutes.

  4. It would be nice if you could edit the recipe and make simple swaps such as brown rice for white rice for example.
