An error occurred while saving the comment Totally needful. Incorporating the following
Progress metrics that are already in the app
- Body composition, Sleep, Steps, total calories burned,
- Workout completed
- Nutriton adherence
- It would be awesome to be able to see habits as well.Either way, seeing all of the things in a summary - maybe even auto messages enabled if they fall below a certain adherence rate on workouts or something etc....
