Be able to add notes to diary e.g. tracking menstrual cycle and energy levels. As we know the menstrual cycle has a huge impact on training. As a women's health coach tracking your cycle is critical alongside training and energy levels. Also symptoms such as back pain, joint aches etc often flare - up in certain parts of a woman's cycle so this would enable her to see what issues are attributable to hormone fluctuations and work with them.

Polar products are the best for heart rate data and hr graphs. The data pulled through into trainerize needs to be more comprehensive rather than just max hr, Ave hr, cars and duration of activity. This is just too basic and this is what is currently offered through current integrations with Fitbits, Apple watches etc. Come on Trainerize - get with the programme . Us trainers need to see more specific training data from our client's wearable. For example I am encouraging my clients to include intervals between blue and green HR zones but I have no way of checking they are doing this through your very basic training summary. You aren't providing anything more than a basic tick box to say that they have done some sort of training session. Must try harder! Thx
