    Although there are tons of cardio related workouts noted in the Trainerize app for Apple Watch it’s not so easy to add in Personal Training or Traditional Strength Training or Functional Strength Training

  2. Ability add CrossFit and hero word with rep, distance and multiple exercise combos like AMRAP, EMOM or For time workouts

  4. When the trainer sets a timed exercise automatically have a timer for that time so your circuit flows better and you don't have to stop
