    I would love this for my clients, I think implementing it could look something ithis: 3 columns of programming regressed exercise / exercise / progressed exercise (spreadsheet style) and in the app it's just swipe right or left to select.

  2. Options to add in giant sets, compound sets and drop sets. Currently only option on training program is to add super sets.
