Equipment Positions
Don’t put equipment in positions that require you to face another person face to face. Turn one row of equipment around so it’s at least face to back. That’s uncomfortable and awkward.

To notify staff that equipment is malfunctioning or broken. For example: Red Light Therapy is not turning red indicating there is an issue with it or when previously serviced they put tanning bulbs in instead

Towels
Feel like it’s incredibly unsanitary to not provide towels at all locations. Also, if a brand has this many locations, it really should provide customers towels. Very normal gym feature. Have been to 3 locations no towels. Don’t know why you put so much effort into these extra features when the basics aren’t covered.

I would like to propose an enhancement to your current range settings by enabling the option to view our workout history for the entire year. Currently , we are only able to go back 90 days on the app.
Having access to a full year’s data can offer several benefits:
• Improved Progress Tracking: A comprehensive view allows individuals to monitor their fitness journey over time, identifying patterns, milestones, and areas for improvement.
• Enhanced Motivation: Seeing long-term progress can boost morale and encourage continued commitment to fitness goals.

Please consider daycare for Sundays. It’s probably one of the days parents get a day off work and can make the gym. But most need daycare.

Billing
There should be information in the app on who to contact in reguards to billing issues. I got over charged because the app messed up my input when I was placing my routing number into the app to switch from using the Mac card. It is really convenient for people who are deaf to just do thing via apps rather than in person bc no one know American Sign Language. It is convenient for people with disabilities.

Go to 24 hours OR at least extend holiday hours
Close and lock pool area and move to 24 hours/7 days a week OR at least extend holiday hours. Please! 🙏
