Kids club should be open in the evening on fridays!
Kids club is only open in the morning on Fridays, but I would love to bring my daughter with me on Fridays.

There needs to be an option to re-purchase day passes off the app versus going to the membership site and completing the enrollment process every single time. This would be very beneficial for my members of my gym. Gym master has this option.

Change colors of “New York Sports Club” in Apple Wallet. You can barely see the title in Apple Wallet because it’s red text on a red background. This is the same in Light or Dark Mode.

Current amount of members in gym at specific times previous gym had that on app I thought it was pretty cool to know how busy the gym is
See the amount of ppl at the gym my old gym had that on the app I thought it was cool to see how active the gym was before arriving it never said names it just said the amount of ppl at the gym at that current time

Provide notifications for down services.
How many times have you arrived to a broken sauna, closed pool, no showers or in progress machine maintenance? Since basic services at NFC are completely unreliable, notifying members of down services would be very helpful. It’s incredibly frustrating that the NFC app is used as a marketing tool, but not used to notify members when services they are paying for will not be rendered.

Get notifications when class is open to sign up.
To be able to opt in for notifications for when a specific class on a specific day is finally open for enrollment. Especially for popular classes, this will allow everyone the opportunity to be able to sign up rather than guess when the class will finally open "two days prior".

Open at 5am on weekdays

Allow overflow parking automatically during high peek times. ie. weekdays 10 a to 2 p.
Cars back up on 10th during peak times wasting gas and creating unsafe conditions on the streets. Allow members to easily avoid this mess by parking in the alternate parking structure.

More than one shower.
One shower, especially in the morning is not enough for the amount of people that pack in and travel to the gym to workout, shower, and head to work. Currently standing in the hallway typing this as someone is in the only men’s shower provided.
