Let us add in blood work with chemical and hormone levels
When you get blood panels done you’re given 40+ bio markers for chemical and hormone balances. Those are seriously impacted by food and exercise and our trainers should be able to use that when they build programs for us within this app.

Allow user to enter the serving size themself
The app defaults to 1 serving, e.g. 1 cup, and then only offers fractions. This is super clunky and time consuming. At least default it to the -. Better yet, allow user to enter in decimals.

Merge WorkOut Assignments with Completed Workout Data from Trackers
Be able to merge an assigned workout (for example, my trainer assigns me "yoga") with the tracked yoga data that ports in from my wearable when I accomplish the workout. Right now it looks like I did it twice if I say I did my trainer's assignment, or it looks like I didn't do my assignment.

The app should identify igredients and meals just by taking the photo. It could sugest its calories and vitamins.

Alternative exercise routines
A place to add heal issues which will make workouts appropriate for one needing joint replacements or with back issues which require epidurals or SI injections. This makes many exercises not appropriate.
