Test logging on Training
I love the app. I think it is great. However there was a few functions on another training app that are much more intuitive.
Most notably, once I enter the amount of reps I have done, the timer automatically starts!
Another would be to loose the ‘Rest for XX” after each set on an exercise- just have it for the exercise (if that rest is the same)

Ability to encode different variations of machines and units
The same equipment at the gym can have different brands, making it hard to track across them. Encoding like for like.
Also, some weights are in kg’s and some are in lbs2 votes -
Catch me up to the proper date.
Allow users to select the date they begin and able to update as they complete each day. This way they can correctly log days for workouts and meals. I want to be able to have my workouts move forward and not have to lose out on any time. I was sick and not able to work out for over a week, made it even further back.

Better rest timer
On ipad i have to push only on the small icon to the right few times to work, it would be nice to make the icon on the left start the timer.
Also it would be bice to mark them in colors so you know what timers you used and what is still not used.

Workout replays

Replace "how hard was this workout" with "did you like this workout" scale
How hard my workout is depends on how hard I work. I would much rather a scale to show how much I liked thw workout!!!

Workout info all on one page
Too many clicks! Right now I have to click 3 different places to change day, make a note or add a workout time

I believe it would be much more convenient to have a feature where you could play a workout from beginning to end as a single video.

Scaning equipment to add to workout
Title says it all, we should be able to scan equipment to add to workout. Ideally will in the workout and without extra navigation. For example next to the "insert exercises" add a button to jump to this feature and return just as cleanly. Adding barcodes to equipment whereas possible would be one implementation, thou being able to identify the equipment from a picture would be another with image recognition.

Editing
Being able to delete the Rx workout as the one that I’m recording has more data than the one Rx’d and i feel Is more valuable to the trainers. It also keeps from having inflated miles. Be able to change the type of workout. For some reason my watch records a weight lifting session as “general cardio” I’d like to have the ability to edit that in the app and have it reflect a weight training session.

Play preview video as set begins
I preview all moves the night prior. But why?? when I begin a workout, it would make sense if the preview gif just automatically played as the timer starts. This would help keep heart rates elevated and make the workout progress faster than having to pause, watch clip if you forgot the move, and tap back to start video. Sync the timer, and the video. To repeat the length of the set.

Needs Updated Videos
The videos in this app are so outdated, they look like they are from the 80s & 90s. Please also create videos utilizing some of the newer equipment that is available at the gyms of 2023, not 1990.

Where when you key in the result of the work out , the app allows us to copy the result of the same work out and automatically key. This safe time by keying one by one.
Also, the app to work offline when the is no Internet. Like Spotify.

Be able to delete a workout on the app v.7.79.0 of iPhone
Swipe to delete workout. Currently, the trash can icon and the word ‘delete’ are grayed out

3/5/10 rep maxes should set for when you go over them
If I do a 5 rep set and it's a greater weight then my previous 3rep max, the app should set the 3 rep max to what I did for a 5 rep set. Right now I am specifically focusing on 5s na dmt three rep max is very weirdly low because it doesn't increase unless I specifically stop at 3 reps

When I put in a training for the day, I would like to be able to go back and select that particular training again. Please make that possible!
