User Interface upgrade
My clients have been using Everfit for the past few months, and while Trainerize has a much better workflow and options, clients feel like the app is a step-down compared to others in the industry, simply because the UI doesn't seem as 'slick'.
Without changing the skeleton/framework of the app, you could modernize the UI to match current market trends, using mini-animations, colour schemes and other UI modalities.
As they say - packaging is everything, and we want our clients to feel proud of the app they use.
Hi!
You voted to upgrade the User Interface of the ABC Trainerize app, and recent updates are now available (and ongoing).
We’re continuing to refine the platform based on input from the community, with a focus on making the experience more intuitive, modern, and accessible.
What’s included:
- A more streamlined interface that highlights the most important information on screen
- Updated fonts, color systems, and visual hierarchy for improved clarity
- Design adjustments informed by industry research and real usage patterns
- Improved accessibility considerations, including support for a wider range of visual needs
Since the initial change, we have also implemented further changes based on feedback (like the position of the rest timer, adding remaining macro targets on screen, and more!)
These updates are designed to enhance how the app looks and feels, while keeping the core workflow familiar.

It’s difficult even to get my previous body measurements. That gets really annoying because this should just be a simple thing which happens to take a lot of effort

The calendar is from the 1980’s. The color and size of font is ridiculously hard to see. Get rid of the difficulty meter and silly thumbs up. Make the app fun and easy to use, not just a sorry excuse for some computer program generated decades ago. There are aspects of the app that are beneficial but I certainly don’t enjoy using it.

Your UI is fine but it's a bit overwhelming, please try to make it less "packed"
