Coach / Trainer - ABC Trainerize

We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified.

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

Thanks!

What can we improve or add for the coaching client or gym member ?

  1. Message "Office Hours"

I would like the ability to schedule "office hours" different from the current vacation message ability.

When being messaged before or after my "in-office hours" I would like the ability to schedule a message stating that these are outside of my office hours and that their message will be answered when I return.

  4. Allow each food item to appear when adding meals from advanced meal plans

When adding a meal from the meals library in the advanced meal tracking option, instead of adding the meal as 1 serving and the cals and macros get logged, I want each food item to be appear so client can change the serving of the individual item or swap out an item they don’t want in that specific meal.

  6. Grocery Shopping List

Let the trainer have the ability to see the grocery shopping lists. When I zoom with a potential client I want to be able to show them the features and currently I can't show them the list as its only accessible by clients. Additionally I can't screen record it to send to potential clients in emails, DMs or show on social media.

  15. Being able to link to the product directly to sell instead of just the coaches profile.

From my personal website I want to be able to link directly to the product checkout page, but this doesn't create a unique URL, it only shows my coaching page and list of products. If I could link directly it would make it a smoother sales process for my customers.

  16. Are pull up machines for home effective?

A pull up machine for home can be a great addition to your fitness equipment, especially if you aim to strengthen your upper body. Here are a few options for pull up machine for home that you might consider for home use:

    Doorway Pull-Up Bar
Description: A simple and affordable option that fits into most standard door frames without any permanent installation.
Pros: Easy to install and remove, typically inexpensive, doesn't take up extra space.
Cons: Limited to door frame sizes, may not be suitable for all door types (needs a sturdy frame for safety).

    Wall-Mounted Pull-Up Bar
    Description: Mounted…

  18. Add in individual food items to a smart meal plan

Provide the option to add in snack foods throughout the meal plan, not actual meals for each entry...

For example... I want to add Chobani Fit yoghurt, apple and berries as one snack time option and be able to swap the apple for a kiwi the next week or the berries for mango

  19. Initial Message Option (Coach to Client)

Coaches need the ability to have an auto-generated message sent to the client (regardless of new or existing) upon PURCHASE of a product.

As it is you can not automate a message to be sent to a client in that manner:

    Example:

I have a Nutrition Guidance product. Someone (new or existing) purchases it. They have no idea how to add/schedule an appointment for counseling. If you attempt to attach credits and a program to it that auto-sends a message with scheduling instructions ( I made a how-to screen-recording) or that sends them the "Book Now" links, the only option…

  20. Ability to change the roles beyond "trainer" ie nutritionist, physical therapist, health coach - we offer all these services

We have personal trainers, nutritionists, orthopedic specialists, and health coaches that collaborate on the platform and message clients, but the only role available to show is "trainer" which can be confusing for our clients. It would be amazing if a new client could see the role of each of our staff to avoid confusion. From the client's perspective, they don't know if they are messaging their trainer, or health coach, or nutritionists - and they have different questions for each role
