This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  5. The Missing Feature: %-Based Lifting & Program Merging

    I work with a lot of coaches and clients who use percentage-based lifts — for example, 4×4 @ 80%.

    Right now, that means I have to:
    • Check each client’s projected 1RM
    • Calculate their individual 80%
    • Manually input that number, client by client

    It’s slow, clunky, and completely unnecessary.

    Why isn’t there an option to:
    • Program percentage-based lifting directly inside a program, and
    • Create a master program for key lifts (e.g. bench periodisation)
    • Then merge and order it with the client’s main program?

    The client experience could be:
    • One calendar
    • One session flow…

    Create a template of all meals in a day that can be copied to any other day. Rather than entering each item individually ot scrolling through to find a previous day to copy from l. Would be easier to just select a pre determined template

  13. Change the name of the app from fitness app to your own personal brand name

    Change the name of the app. ‘Fitness app’ is tacky and makes my brand look worse. At least give us a few different options if you’re not going to let us fully customize it

  15. Add view full screen mode for videos on the Trainerize Essentials Course

    On the ABC Trainerize Academy site - The Product Essentials Course does not provide a view full screen option for the video lessons for PCs/Google Chrome browser. This makes it difficult to view the videos and follow along with each of the lessons. Please add full screen mode to the videos.

  18. Filter messages by tags

    There should be a way to filter the message view by certain tags, rather than just on the client view. Its nice that you can filter by tag on the client view, but then you have to click multiple buttons to get into the individual messages per client, and you can't see the last conversations if you send a broadcast style message across a certain tag. Ideally, you should be able to filter by tags on the message view itself so you can access conversations from there.

  19. make partner appointments available to self book and remove them from the "class" visibility

    i typically train two or three clients at once. Currently only one of them can book the appointment and then must notify the others. Consequently, only one is charged a "session" for the appointment. This appointment also only appears on the booking client's calendar, not on the others, making them less likely to use the app at all.

    If I book these appointments manually, they show up on ALL client's dashboards if I've elected to have classes visible (which I have for the class I teach), and it looks as if anyone can book one of these partner appointments.
