We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Bar code

    Make the bar code full screen and bright. Or change the scanner device to read the code to unlock the gate. The lines are always too long waiting for the door to open

  4. Add a google maps/waze option when clicking directions to main club

    Not everyone uses Apple Maps, would make it easier to get I directions if I can pick the app I’m going to launch.

  6. Personal Trianer services tab on the companies application why?

    There is an absence of anything to do with personal training in this app. We are currently using text messages sms to communicate. Yet there is a system already in place with scheduling at your gyms. Lets tide them up. Also encrypted messaging and current physical status and what to expect on your next session.

  7. Make it easier to find our member login codes

    A login code is needed for the CryoLounge seats in the recovery area. But it would be nice if I could just find that somewhere on the app. Or if it could least be easier to find. 😊

  14. Combine the two apps

    Streamline the app experience by combining both the Eos App and the Eos Personal Training App. There can be a button to take you to persinal training info, if applicable to you personally. All Data entered could be applied to both sections when they have such data in common (we’ll only be entering our information one time, in one place, saving time and effort.

    And with one comprehensive app, instead of two, we’ll save space and storage on our phones.

  15. Have a history available of all measurements and other logged information. Graph of each. If this is already available, I didn’t see it.

  17. There should be a feature where you can reserve massage chair time slots.

    Just add a feature to book the massage chair. Better than coming in hoping to use the chair at that time only to find out you gotta come back in an hour or 2. I think that would be fairly simple to implicate. Mahalo in advance 🙏🏾🤙🏾
