Provide notifications for down services.
How many times have you arrived to a broken sauna, closed pool, no showers or in progress machine maintenance? Since basic services at NFC are completely unreliable, notifying members of down services would be very helpful. It’s incredibly frustrating that the NFC app is used as a marketing tool, but not used to notify members when services they are paying for will not be rendered.

Open at 5am on weekdays

Allow overflow parking automatically during high peek times. ie. weekdays 10 a to 2 p.
Cars back up on 10th during peak times wasting gas and creating unsafe conditions on the streets. Allow members to easily avoid this mess by parking in the alternate parking structure.

More than one shower.
One shower, especially in the morning is not enough for the amount of people that pack in and travel to the gym to workout, shower, and head to work. Currently standing in the hallway typing this as someone is in the only men’s shower provided.

Key cards for the door.
Anyone can just walk through the doors.
Most definitely needs more security. The key card to get inside would help ease the worries a lot.

Group room
Trainers need to utilize group room instead of hogging all equipment up front with group. Fitness center is already small and not enough equipment for members not in a group session

All the equipment in this gym is so outdated. I come from Merritt in the city and all their equipment is top notch, brand new. This is such a downgrade. The cardio machines are so old, spin bikes don’t have resistance knobs. Benches are hard as rocks. I feel like I’m working out in the early 2000s. For how many members you have, there should be plenty of money for upgrades. Or since the membership is so cheap, you should consider increasing prices and getting new equipment. I’d happily pay more for better/higher quality equipment.

Childcare monitors in the app !! I hate not being able to check and make sure my baby is okay
We are new to the gym and my 1 year old has never been in childcare a day in her life. We kept have to walk all the way to the front to make sure she was okay. When she sees us she gets upset. I would love to be able to monitor from a live stream on the app the childcare room to make sure she is okay.

Kids Center open Friday Evenings
It’d be great if the kids center were open Friday evenings. Because of my work schedule Friday nights used to be an important workout for me, but I especially need support with childcare at that time to make that happen

Set clockwise/counterclockwise directionality on indoor track
Designate a direction on the indoor track so everyone moves in the same direction. A previous gym I went to alternated based on day of the week. For example: Clockwise M/W/F, Counterclockwise T/Th

Don’t charge people at 5:30am before payday
Does it make sense to charge at 5:30am before banks open on payday. Instant failed attempt to then recharge with a $15 fee. Scam artists

Occupancy Tracker
Provide a button with the option to see the current gym capacity. Other gyms offer this to their members so they can see how many people are at thebgym and avoid going when it's too crowded.
