Rooftop Care
ICONIX rooftop area continues being ignored by staff. Bathroom supplies often empty in the morning. Both rooftop umbrellas are broken, one totally not usable and must be removed as people keep trying to open it, when staff should attend to it.

When you call the gyms phone number. You should have the option to talk to the sales department and through the app. I think it's only fair that this gym is not over charging us with their prices.

Like Netflix’s profile system, parents can create individual profiles for each child under one account, simplifying gym registration and access management. Each child’s profile would have a unique digital QR code accessible through the parent’s phone, eliminating the need for physical gym barcodes that can easily be lost or misplaced. Parents can control and monitor their children’s gym usage, receive notifications, and set specific access times. This system ensures kids can enjoy gym activities safely and securely, even without their own devices.

Red lighting in Sauna (St. Peters, Women’s)
I think adding red bulbs to the lights in the women’s sauna in St. Peter’s would be amazing for relaxation! Not asking for infrared or anything. Just red light for the vibes. And a shoe stand for shoes outside the door.

Create a walkway for parking lot area east of the ticket kiosks.
Safety concern: create a safe walkway to get from east side of parking lot to gym. Presently, we have to walk around the security arms where cars are coming and going or walk through the shrubbery.

Fix broken locks in lockers and while being repaired put a note that says which are out of order just like you do for most machines. Post out of order signs on treadmills that don’t work entirely.

Automated kid check in
The check in process for the child care center should use computers where they look up your membership and a photo of yourself and children come up. Using a paper on a clip board and hoping the staff remember your face does not ensure the safest ordeal for my children.
