More Specific Exercise Filters
I’d like to be able to filter individual exercises by body part(s) targeted while browsing the exercise library and building my own workouts, also for workouts that I build or modify to be saved.

Provide a set of key positions for each video
Instead of waiting for a video to buffer so you can see the whole exercise, sometimes you just need 2-4 key positions to remind you what to do. Could be stills from video — e.g. start position, side view, full extension, rest position

Adding workouts and rotating them every month or so
Adding a workout regimen automatically and rotating them monthly. I used to get a series of them now nothing. I have to manually insert a workout. Did something change?

Change the color of the completed sets text to green vs gray when not completed.
After completed each set change its color so the reader can know it’s done. Sometimes we have to alter the order and if we copy last section - it all looks completed and it’s hard to pick up if a machine is taken and you do it in a different order

Train till Failure
A button to mark if a set was trained to failure or not

Weight log for tracking weight in individual lifts, without having to see them on the program or workout itself.
A way to log/track/review weight used for exercises without having to be following or see in the actual program. It would be nice to be able to look back at historical weight used for exercises

Casting workouts to TV
It would be nice if I could actually cast my workout to my TV from my phone, but there’s no option to do that. I’m stuck having to look at my small screen when I could either put it to my computer or my TV like you can do with pretty much everything else that’s a video, but not on this app

Ability to remember previous changes
Often substitute based on injuries or to opt for a safer option that doesn't risk being hurt. It can be time consuming to go through it again each time. Remember additional excersises would be great to

Ability to change the excersise according to injuries in the workout spot!!! Some excersises I could not do so had to adjust.

Same exercise different tempo tracker
When i do my chest flies for example, i have 1 day where i do it at normal tempo therefore the weight is alot higher but on another day i have to have a 5 second essentric so when i do the 5 second essentric it doesnt count as a PB because i use more weight when im not as slow

Strength training tracking
AI should be able to acknowledge functional strength training that the app also acknowledges. I lift 4 times a week, my own program. The app get the info from my watch and calls it functional strength training. However AI counts that as a cardio workout, while still constituting me on my many hours of functional strength training.

Ability to add item
Ability to add steam room, hot tub or ice bath. I’m sure 25 min in a suana burns off calories

Additional Activity Category: Rucking
Add Rucking to the activities list and add a data field that allows you to add the amount of weight rucked.

Minimise video when in workout
During a workout the video is on loop, this should have the option to minimize to save battery usage on the users mobile

Exercise guidance/explanations & better weight tracking for gym equipment ie smith machines start at a base weight =25#-max weight incorrect
It would be great to have little explanation of the exercises on where we should be feeling it and which muscles we’re working
Also, when you input how much weight you’re adding by to machines vs free weights is a little confusing. I only have a smith machine for squats, bench press, etc and its base weight is 25 lbs so trying to figure out an accurate max weight is confusing.
It would be nice if similar exercises gave you and idea of where to start based off of another exercise you’ve done instead of taking 1 day to figure…
