Save Swaps
When my clients make swaps in a program, they want the swaps to save but it reverts to the same exercises each time. Would be nice if they had that option. Also, two more things. We need more cable exercises like cable step ups, cable kick backs, rope pull-throughs, etc. and more emojis for reacting to client comments!

For women in there follicular or ovulation they will hit better PR because estrogen is higher as well as testosterone. During menstrual could apply a different kind of intense workout depending on client everyone is different . Just hormone intelligent training that’s my model

Add modifications to exercises in the workout library.
Adding more modifications to the exercise library. Or being able to connect modifications to an exercise in a workout. i.e. in the workout I add regular pushups. Instead of in the notes adding modification instructions or adding knee pushups as a separate exercise in the workout. Attaching the knee pushups to the regular ones when I add it in the workout.

Stop completed workouts being deleted when I unschedule them
On a number of occasions, I've accidentally unscheduled a completed workout for a client, which then deletes the workout entirely. No weights. No reps. No measure of progress.
This is extremely frustrating and there's no way to recover these so far as I can tell.
Please stop the software deleting completed workouts through unscheduling them, unless I explicitly click the 'delete workout' button in the calendar.
Thanks!

Edit Timing/Text For Multiple Exercises In Workout builder
At the moment, there isn't a total time showing when building exercise programmes, which means ytou have to keep a manual running total. Then, when you want to adjust the length set or rest time for multiple exercises you have to do each one manually. It would be a much better experience to provide the option of selecting multiple expercises (or a circuit) and to change the (for example) rest period for all of them at once.

Drag delay on iPad Pro Safari desktop mode with mouse
Hi Team,
I’m experiencing a consistent drag delay when building programs in the web version of Trainerize on an iPad Pro.
Details:
• Device: iPad Pro
• Browser: Safari (Request Desktop Website enabled)
• Using: Bluetooth mouse
• Full-screen browser (not split view)When dragging workouts or exercises into a program, there is approximately a 1-second hold required before the item becomes draggable. Drag-and-drop works instantly on other websites, so this appears specific to Trainerize.
This significantly slows down programming workflows, especially when building or modifying multiple workouts.
Could you please review how drag events are handled on touch-capable devices…

Built-In Warm-Up Sets & Smart Load Calculator for Strength Workouts
The ability to track warm-up sets for strength exercises, along with an integrated warm-up calculator or suggested warm-up protocols for each workout.
Currently, trainers can’t pre-configure warm-ups directly within the exercise itself — they can only include them in the instructions. This forces both coaches and clients to manually calculate loads, which is time-consuming and disrupts workout flow.
This could be implemented in a few ways:
1. Allow sets to be marked as “warm-up” so they don’t count toward working-set history or performance tracking
2. Add a “Calculate Warm-Up” button within the workout that generates warm-up sets based on a…3 votes -

Remove Weight (kg) Field for Mobility Exercises
Many coaches use mobility exercises as instruction-based, bodyweight-only movements.
Currently, when assigning mobility exercises, the "kg/weight" field appears automatically in the workout tracking interface. However, mobility work does not involve external load.
This creates confusion for clients, as they may think they are expected to add weight or input data that is not relevant to the exercise.
Thank you for considering this improvement.

app suggestion - I enter my reps and lbs after every set, and then I go up and click the Rest button. After the next set, I have to click into the next box to enter my reps, and repeat the process. Could your app developer make it so that as soon as I enter my reps and lbs (or just reps if that's all it is on that row), and click Next to drop to the next row, it automatically starts up the Rest period? It would save a lot of needless clicking between Rest and going down to…

Workout Tracking Limitations & Exercise Alternatives Question
Good morning,
I’m currently setting up my coaching business on the platform and I’m really enjoying the ecosystem so far. However, while building workouts and programs, I noticed some limitations in the workout tracking features that I’d love to get clarification on.
At the moment, the exercise setup feels quite limited in terms of tracking options. For example:
There doesn’t seem to be native support for RIR, RPE, or similar intensity metrics.
It’s not possible to assign different reps/targets per set (e.g., Set 1: 10 reps, Set 2: 8 reps).
The current tracking feels quite basic compared to how most…

Help shape what we build next for the AI Workout Builder 🤖💪
We’re actively working on improving the AI Workout Builder—and we want your input.
What should we build next?
This is the place to suggest, discuss, and vote on new AI features you’d love to see. Your feedback directly helps us prioritize what comes next.
Some examples of ideas we’re exploring (just to spark inspiration):
- Multiple workouts in a single chat (generate variations or a series without starting over)
- Creating full programs with AI, not just individual workouts
- Conversation history, so you can revisit, tweak, or continue past AI sessions
Have a different idea? Even better.

Reps and Sets are the wrong way round.
Reps and sets are the wrong way round. It makes more sense to input your weight first, then how many reps you manage to get. Not the other way around.

Literally just basic exercises.
You have 19 variations for lat pulldowns but none of them are just a normal, baseline lat pulldown.
When the basic exercise does exist, it should show up FIRST. I usually have to sift through a dozen variations to find it (DB shoulder press and lunges both come to mind).

View previous comments EASIER on a training day
It is great clients/trainers can write comments on sessions but there should be a way to access these comments again when you go to train that specific day again. It is very fidly to get the client to scroll and find the day they completed the session to read their/trainer comments.
I respond to a lot of my clients comments and questions in the comments section, so there should be a way to write and VIEW PREVIOUS comments when they train

Improving Goal Tracking and Client Accountability in Trainerize
How could Trainerize improve goal-setting features to better reflect real client progress over time? For example, would milestone-based goals, visual progress timelines, or smarter reminders tied to client behavior help coaches keep clients more consistent?
Additionally, how can these tools remain simple for trainers while still being flexible enough to support different coaching models, such as weight loss, strength training, rehabilitation, or lifestyle coaching?
I’d love to hear feedback, ideas, or feature suggestions from other coaches who use Trainerize daily. In Geometry Dash, use Practice Mode to learn tricky sections and time your jumps with the music. Staying calm…

Combo Exercises
Hi — I wanted to share some feedback on the new combo exercises feature.
From a coaching standpoint, it’s been more disruptive than helpful. Combo exercises tend to blur training intent, increase client confusion, and make progression and fatigue management harder to control — especially for general-population clients.
They’re much more common in influencer-style content than in evidence-based coaching, and most experienced coaches avoid them except in very specific cases.
My concern is less about personal preference and more about outcomes: features like this can push serious coaches to work around the platform rather than with it. I’d strongly recommend…
