AI Recipe / Meal Builder
An AI Recipe / Meal Builder would be a game changer! Allow trainers to instantly generate full meals based on ingredients and measurements, or even pull directly from a URL. This would speed up the process of adding meals and building plans.

Structured Phases for Nutrition Goals
Hi everyone! I’d love to suggest adding a phase system for nutrition targets, similar to how training programs allow phases or cycles. For example, you could set an 8-week calorie deficit, followed by 2 weeks at maintenance, and then return to another 8-week deficit phase.
When managing a large number of clients, it can be difficult to keep track of who should move into maintenance, take a diet break, or return to a calorie deficit. Right now, I often rely on screenshots on my desktop just to track their deficit and maintenance calories across different stages. Since we currently have…

Is there a recommended way to track liquids that are not water?
Wonder if the "Water" feature could be turned into a "Beverage" feature to track clients consumption of liquids that are not water, i,e. soda, alcohol, juice, etc

WE NEED the ability to better adjust the macros goals with the smart meal plans.
the macro % provided is trash. It can have a variance of 50g of a macro between the options. We need to be able to input specific macros for the daily goal with the meal planner, and even if the recipes dont perfectly hit it, only having 4 vague options for macros is not acceptable coaching.

Ability for trainer to see a water intake history
As a trainer, it would be helpful to be able to see a history/progress chart of water intake over a period of time such as each week or month, rather than checking each individual day.

Client's "top 5 protein sources" should include only items that provide protein.
When viewing "Top 5 Protein sources this week", the sources listed should not include things like clover honey or broccoli.
I'm seeing this on some of my clients lists for some reason, even if the protein provided by the specific food is zero grams

Coaches need the ability to track their food and workouts for clients to publicly see
If coaches would track their nutrition and workouts, for clients to see, it would be beneficial for long term success. clients look to coaches for guidance, and being able to model the person you're listening to would be very helpful. My clients consistently ask me what I eat, or how I train. It would be easier if they could see and model.

Hide calories and macros for clients!
We should be able to hide calories and macros for clients but keep them visible for coaches. This way we dissociate the number from the food and can better the clients relationship with food. Coaches will still be able to see the calories and macros so we can adjust meal plans and work with clients to see what to add or reduce. This will make sure we build sustainable eating habits with our clients

Basket: AI Macro-Friendly Recipe Generation
The app is used worldwide, and ingredients available in one region may not exist in another (different cultures, supermarkets, seasons, etc.).
Users tend to choose ingredients they actually:
• Have access to locally
• Can afford that week
• Typically cook with culturallySuggestion
Add a feature where users can:
1. Select ingredients they have in their basket
2. Generate recipe ideas automatically
3. Ensure recipes match macro targets assigned by the coachWhy this matters
This makes the nutrition feature:
• Regionally realistic
• Culturally flexible
• Macro-accurate
• User-friendly for international audiencesWith an AI layer, the app…

Visibility of saved client meals
I hate how when a client saves a meal to their favorites, it now becomes invisible to the coach to see the ingredients in the meal they've logged. The whole point of nutrition coaching is to see all the ingredients a client is eating, not just the macros! PLEASE make saved meals to favorites visible for coaches in the logger overview.

Meal Tracking
Two things with this..
The first, clients being able to "heart" or "favorite" recipes that they really like so they can come back to them. We have a refresh button for the recipes that we don't like, but not a like button for those that we do. It would be cool if we could get that as a nutrition feature.
Second, when meal prepping through the app, my clients don't want to buy a ton of different things at the grocery store. If we could add a way to filter through different recipes that have similar ingredients that would make…

Macro history
When we change macros - allow the client to go view their log with the macros that were in place at that time. Ex: when I change their macros they like to go back and see what their macros were and how they were hitting the target. it shows their current macros only

Recipes without overwhelm
is there a way to just give clients access to the library of recipes? but not have them overwhelmed by tracking or the calorie #. I have some clients that just want meal inspo and be able to go through the recipes and use if needed but the caloric number on the front screen can be overwhelming someone new into fitness or not "tracking"
