1. Feature Request: Custom Daily & Weekly Calorie Burn Goals

   Hi Trainerize Team and Community,

   I really enjoy using Trainerize to track workouts and progress, but I would love to see a feature that allows users to set custom daily or weekly calorie burn goals.

   Specifically, it would be great to have:

   The ability to set a daily or weekly calorie target

   Progress tracking that compares actual calories burned vs. goal

   Optional notifications or reminders if the goal hasn’t been reached

   A simple visual summary on the dashboard

   I believe this feature would help improve motivation, accountability, and overall user engagement—especially for clients focused on fat loss or performance goals.

   Would this be possible in a future update? I’d love to hear thoughts from both the team and other users!

   Allowing women to track there cycle and depending on phase it will allow a certain workout . For women in there follicular or ovulation they will hit better PR because estrogen is higher as well as testosterone. 4. Reports

   Can we get the ability to run reports like a normal business owner.
   Sessions used/utlilization, revenue by custom date ranges, number of missed sessions, session expiration dates, alerts for low session usage, just to name a few.
   It’s very frustrating knowing that ABC Financial bought Trainerize and having used ABC Financial in the past, I know it’s possible to run all of these reports.

5. New AI Feature

   I just wanted to say that I'm really disappointed that Trainerize is introducing an AI feature to help write plans for several reasons.

   1. This industry is so unregulated already and now there's an easy way for people without knowledge and certification to just create a plan and sell it. I think this is dangerous and could lead to an increase in injury rates at worst and at best, cause people to pay for something that's not really tailored to them or helping them.

   2. AI technology uses so much water. We are in a water deficit as of right now in the world. I think this is extremely wasteful and costly to our environment. As people who love movement, we should be at the forefront of caring for our planet so we can continue to move in nature.

   I'm asking Trainerize to reconsider their AI features before pushing them out to all coaches. Thank you.

6. Automatically Update Check-In Forms When Changes Are Made

   When making changes to check-in forms, the changes are not reflected when the form was already scheduled in a client's calendar. It would be helpful for those with custom programs if the changes made in the check-in form library automatically carried over to the pre-scheduled check ins.

   Having a countdown on the dashboard that is customizable to their goal whether they are in a 30 day challenge or counting down days to a big date. This would help keep them motivated, accountable and their goals a daily focal point! I'm coming from Everfit and they had this tool. My clients loved it.

8. Stop completed workouts being deleted when I unschedule them

   On a number of occasions, I've accidentally unscheduled a completed workout for a client, which then deletes the workout entirely. No weights. No reps. No measure of progress.

   This is extremely frustrating and there's no way to recover these so far as I can tell.

   Please stop the software deleting completed workouts through unscheduling them, unless I explicitly click the 'delete workout' button in the calendar.

    Make it so that you can upload progressions without needing to schedule the days. My clients typically don't do their workouts on the same day each week, so having the ability to progress them asynchronously would be super advantageous.

    Clients keep telling me that after months of working with me they haven't found the descriptions of custom habits, because you need to swipe to the left.
    There is no instructions whatsoever to do so.

    For someone on the trainerize team to go through the exercises on system and correct exercise instructions. I counter mistakes time and time again, especially on the newly added exercises. I have reported many of the mistakes I have noticed, or mistakes clients have pointed out, with nothing ever being fixed. We play a lot of money to use this system and as fitness professionals it's our job to provide accurate instructions to our clients so they can perform exercises safely and effectively, this is made harder when working with online clients as we are not there to instruct them face to face, so having accurate instructions that go along with the video demos is SUPER important. I am sure I am not alone in this.
