Automatic Macro & Calorie Recommendations During Onboarding
When a client signs up for either 1-to-1 coaching or a group programme, they already provide valuable information during onboarding, such as:

- Height
- Weight
- Activity level
- Progress photos
- Goal (fat loss, muscle gain, recomposition, maintenance, etc.)
Using this information, the platform could automatically calculate an initial calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat target for the client.
The calculations should follow parameters set by the coach, allowing coaches to define their preferred methodology, such as:
- Protein per kg of body weight
- Activity multipliers
- Rate of weight loss or gain
- Minimum calorie thresholds
- Macro…

Ability to create paragraphs when typing messages on pc
When I type a group message for example (from my pc) I can't hit enter to create a new paragraph. Creating the message from my phone I can. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong, but this would be a wonderful feature to help seperate ideas and create a cleaner message when working from a pc

Meal tracker should clearly indicate
Calendar view of clients' programs currently only show # of meals / total calories for each day.
If they log any meals, we see a red check mark.
That check mark should be green if a client stays within their goal.

Fractions
Please add more fractions to choose from such as 1/12, 1/14, 1/5
Current selection is limited and logging becomes very inaccurate.
Freedom for baking and meal-sharing. Would be great to eat socially and be accurate.2 votes -
Update the "customize app layout"
The Customize app layout option is outdated with an interface that isnt what our klients see anymore.
If you buy a custom app, then a certain degree of actual free design choice seems like a fitting option.

Having an Introduction section to their Meal Plan just like their Training Programs. This way we can what we've created for them, write any goals, etc.

Grocery List for new Flexible Meal Plan
The new Flexible Meal Plan is much closer to providing the flexibility we need for our clients & have more control over the variance and goals. However, the loss of grocery function means we're not able to actually implement this new feature for our clients as majority of them prefer to have this option. Can the Grocery List function please be added across both the smart meal plan and flexible meal plan.

Better Client Experience - “Today mode” (simple UI mode)
Most clients only care about:
today’s workout,
today’s habits,
steps,
calories,
coach messages.Current fitness apps often overwhelm users.
A distraction-free “Today” screen would massively improve adherence.

Remove the "AI workout builder" bar on the header
Would like to see the giant yellow header button saying AI WORKOUT BUILDER be removed.
My team does a lot of screen-sharing with clients, and I don't want them to think I'm using AI to build their programs (especially since I don't!). Lots of anti-AI sentiment out there these days.
Thanks!

Add modifications to exercises in the workout library.
Adding more modifications to the exercise library. Or being able to connect modifications to an exercise in a workout. i.e. in the workout I add regular pushups. Instead of in the notes adding modification instructions or adding knee pushups as a separate exercise in the workout. Attaching the knee pushups to the regular ones when I add it in the workout.

Ability to change thumbnail for client referrals
It would be nice to be able to change the thumbnail for client referrals. Some coaches only train men, so it doesn't align to have a photo of two women. It would be nice to upload your own custom photo that aligns with your business.

Automatically calculate WEEKLY average for bodyweight, steps, calories
At the moment we can see a client's daily weigh-ins, steps, and calories throughout the week using the progress charts but there is no summary for what the average is for the week.
Because each day is a little different and more importantly bodyweight fluctuates for several factors a client's, I believe stats must be summarized as a weekly average as is the case with other apps.
That way we can compare weekly averages much quicker and make changes without manually calculating it while also educating clients on how to look at data in a more objective way
