Allow different rep ranges within the same exercises
Allow to edit a certain set within the exercise to change the rep range. This is quite annoying because i have to add the exercise twice to change the rep range.

Custom Exercise Measurements/Types
Right now we have a few exercise types to choose from. Example:
- Strength: track REPS and WEIGHT
- Endurance: track REPSBut what about when we need to track something else to see progress? Example, pseudo planche pushup. This is an exercise that is progressed by leaning further and further forward to increase resistance. So I would want to track REPS and INCHES.
Some other examples:
- incline pushups: track hand height from the ground.
- incline rows: track hand height from the ground or body angle.
- step up squats: track height of step
- resistance band exercises: track which band is usedI'd like to propose 2 options as a solution.
The simple one: add the ability to add NOTES to every exercise. We can specify what to write in the notes in the TARGET section of the exercise or workout instructions. The client can use the notes to track things like this. The notes could be a simple icon next to the reps and weight input. tap it to add a note or read the current note. It can show a different color once a note is added.
The graphable one: give us the ability to create custom exercise types. We could create one that tracks REPS and INCHES for example. Alternatively, Trainerize can create a few more exercise types for us.
- REPS x INCHES/DISTANCE (for leverage adjustable bodyweight exercises)
- REPS x BAND STRENGTH (for banded exercises)
- TIME x INCHES/DISTANCE (for stretches)
and possibly more as suggested in the comments.

Ability to complete all habits in one day
When recording habits and ticking off as completed to just click once on the tick box.
Suggestion: to add a pop up box to ask to record more? If they need to go into more details.
During a challenge with 4 plus habits a day for the last week, Clients didn't mind having to tick them off but the time it took to click in and then click in again was frustrating. Something with less touch points to record this info all at once would be ideal no?

75 sec rest periods
I would love to have rest period options between 60 and 90 secs and even between 90 secs and 2 min. My vote is to add in 75 and 105 sec rest periods as options between sets!!

Habit reminders at specific times
I'd love to be able to set up reminders to pop up at specific times of day so clients don't have to also set up alarms and reminders in their own calendars

Calorie and Macro range for goal instead of one number
With my clients and myself I never give them just one number to eat. It’s really restricting. I wish we had the option to make their goals between a certain range

Allow clients to make changes to their workouts that they can save and do again
If clients want to make changes to their workout, based on their preferences and equipment available, it would be really helpful if they could save it so they can do the workout again next time. It detracts from the client experience for them to not be able to save it, and to have to ask and wait for the coach to change things for them. Many of my clients would appreciate this feature being added.

Progressions WITHIN a workout
Would be great to be able to make progressions WITHIN a workout without having to copy/paste and do it manually. Right now, all sets have to be the same - would be awesome if we could have (for example) the ability to assign different reps/time/goals across the same circuit

Number of workouts per week goal
Set a weekly workout goal for compliance. So I can set a 2x per week goal.

A better integration of "Rate of Perceived Exertion" (RPE) within Regular workout design
A better integration of RPE would include a designated field for trainers to communicate the RPE for each exercise to the client, letting them know how hard this set should feel.
In addition, I would suggest the inclusion of a field where clients record their "Last Set Rate of Perceived Exertion" (LSRPE) This way trainers can get a more granular picture of how and where clients rate of exertion reaches or approaches failure throughout the workout rather than relying on the single exertion rating at the end of the workout.
This could also be tied into automation, automatically generating a tag when clients LSRPE is falling well below the trainer's planned RPE so that more difficult progressions or increased weight could be added to the exercise.
This would create a more fluid channel of communication when dealing with various modalities of strength vs. hypertrophy vs. endurance training. For example if high levels of volume, well short of failure are programmed for a client looking to increase their neuromuscular strength adaptation, the client could feel more assured that they are progressing at just the right pace, even if they're not approaching failure.

Enroll clients through a text feature
When onboarding clients, instead of them having to go to their email to set up their account. Have a text sent to them to where it will take them directly to the account set up page.

Ability to edit the client profile dialog's summary
Upon clicking the client's name from our client list it pops up with a client summary. It would be great if we could edit this so it showed us, measurements, custom biometrics (HRV etc) etc.
This would make it much quicker and streamlined to see a quick overview of the clients, adherence, progress etc.

Add timers and exercise overlays for video calling. P oh
Interval cam has a system that allows the client to see what exercise will be next. It would be convenient to have the workouts on the screen while coaching the client in case there are any connection errors.

Enter data under daily task
We need the ability to add daily habits that clients can enter feedback on. For example: “Track # servings of protein ___” and client can enter a #. Or “# alcoholic beverages__”. They log food which is great but sometimes logging the # of servings (or minutes of a workout, or ounces of water, etc) is very helpful for clients.

Ability to view habit compliance % between 2 dates
Instead of only seeing habit % for the calendar month, it would be great for clients to be able to see their habit compliance % for the last 30 days (or select 2 dates and see compliance between those dates). Clients who start mid-month have to do a bunch of calculations to find their compliance for last 30 days.

I want to add RPE for my clients and a way to immediately add what intensity was used for equipment like resistance bands. Most rest timers won’t allow to go up and add notes and return.
