I would like to be able to move exercises from one day to another within the same cycle.
When I working on a plan, I would like to be able to move one exercise to another day within that person's plan without having to delete it, save that day, then go to the other day and find the exercise to save it to the new day. So my idea... When working on the plan I could click the exercise then in the option bar (near to delete and copy) there is an option to "move to another day".
Im coming from truecoach and with that program you can drag and drop exercise through the days of the cycle.…

Edit calendar workouts via desktop
Being able to edit workouts in the calendar is currently only an option on mobile. I'd like to be able to schedule already made workouts and tweak slightly for each client, saves A LOT of time rather than recreating the workout every time i need to change it

Stop the freezing up. It freezes on EVERY USE. SUCKS!
Fix the FREEZING ISSUE. Make it a reliable app. The features are superb, just make it reliable so I'm not standing there with a client poking at the app.

Change time at the same time after checking multiple exercises
We can only adjust the time for each “rest” or exercise individually. It would be helpful if we can check all the exercises/rest time , and then change it all to eg 30s in one go instead of doing it 10 times

Ability to swap video demos out on the trainerize demos
Rather than having to create a new exercise - be able to delete the video and replace with me own

highlight exercises that have already been used for the previous workout plan when creating a new one for a client
It would be AMAZING and save me SO MUCH TIME if I did not have to go back into the previous workout program(s) for the client and write everything down that they have already done in order to make sure I don't add the same exercises. So maybe each one that has already been used could be highlighted or something.

Bodyweight movements factor actual bodyweight
If the client tracks their weight, performing bodyweight movements should incorporate the most recent bodyweight measurement.

Put the weight BEFORE the reps!
Ex:
100 lbs x 10 reps
110 lbs x 10 repsAlso allow option for “2-4 sets” or “3-4 sets” instead of just one set option.

Grouping exercises without having to put them in a superset
Allow the ability to group together exercises that isnt a superset ie warmup, Cooldown, Work body, Hamstring specific, Ect. This would allow for a more user friendly design of a program.

Cardio scheduling
It would be great if cardio workouts could be designed to be edited and saved with more detail. Ie: similar to Final Surge
I currently have to schedule in both programs due to inability to add enough detail or edit in trainerize. For the cost of trainerize I would hope this is a feature that's coming1 vote -
Bring back the old scheduling system
In the past we could select to schedule a workout and you could see when any other workouts were scheduled. They were all color coded. It allowed us to layout a schedule very quickly, easily, and without errors. It's just more cumbersome now and I don't understand why we went away from a really efficient system.

AUTOMATIC VIDEO LOOPING HIIT
It is impossible to create HIIT training with my own videos, the student needs to press play to see the video in personalized exercises.
The best thing would be for the video to play automatically with the exercise time.1 vote -
For on-demand programming options offer better filtering options
For the on demand programming you currently can only filter by time and equipment
Add the ability to search by name, and filter by body part.

Exercise Type: Timed (faster/better)
Exercise Type: Timed (faster/better) for sprints is a good, but it would be drastically better just by adding milliseconds. In sprinting, there's a huge difference between a 10sec 100 meter sprint, and a 10.89sec 100m sprint.
As is, this option isn't really functional at all for timing sprints. I'd rather athletes not enter a time at all, versus being forced to input the wrong time.
Thank you for your consideration.

What's a good dumbbell set?
Dumbbell sets are a popular choice for home workouts and gym training. They typically include pairs of dumbbells in various weight increments to accommodate different strength levels and exercise routines. When shopping for dumbbell sets, it's important to consider factors such as weight range, material (such as rubber-coated or chrome), and the overall quality of the set. Additionally, adjustable dumbbell sets that allow you to change the weight on a single dumbbell can be a convenient space-saving option. If you have specific questions about dumbbell sets or need recommendations, feel free to ask!

Decimal number for repetitions
Currently, a client cannot log a number of reps on a strength training exercice with decimal number. You can type it but the app won't save it. However I think this little feature is massive as it allows the client to precise he hit failure and approximatively also in what part of the rep range he/she hit it. This is massive because :
- as a coach I can be sure the client hit failure (which may be important if I prescribed it) because he/she would input a decimal number
- more advanced clients can require a few sessions to…4 votes -
Long instructions text of an exercise is cut
If the instructions of an exercise are long. The text will be cut when you look at your program on a computer, or if you try to PDF print it. It is currently impossible to read the long instructions on a computer for a client. Which is a blocking bug in case a client doesn't own a smartphone (yes it is still possible) or if they prefer to print sessions on paper and not have their phones with them when they train.

Modernise and stream-line the user interface for clients when inputting their reps/sets for their workouts.
I've used a few training platforms from Truecoach to TrainHeroic prior to returning back to Trainerize, as I like having everything in one place.
However, I feel that the Trainerize UI for the workouts is a severe let-down of such a great product in comparison (particularly against TrainHeroic). This is due to it looking quite bland due to the design and colours used, as well as it looking overwhelming when you need to input your reps/sets.
For reference what TrainHeroic does well well is that the program is simple, but sleek with an option to display it as bright/dark and…
