Auto play video
We are really interested in being able to see the automatic video without having to touch it. It is a very practical way for the client when they have to watch the video, since other applications do not have it, and this application has already established videos.

View the all of your exercise selections for the week in one page.
Being able to see all of your exercise selection on 1 page can be helpful to create a well rounded program. Creating 2-3 weekly workouts for a client can make it tougher to keep track of every thing you including.

Choose a youtube timestamp when adding custom exercises.
Sometimes a video is very long but has a solid explanation for exercise technique ~3-5 min into the video.
Choosing timestamps could allow coaches to select a specific section of a video.
The client will then watch the most important section & will waste less time scrolling through the video.

Bring back the gender filter on the videos
Many of us train only women, and the ability to filter out male videos is CRITICAL for our businesses. Why did you remove this amazing feature? Taking away existing features is not a good idea. Please bring it back ASAP.

updated videos
Some of the pre made videos are not good in terms of technique, RDL's for example have the knees completely locked out in your videos and BB high pulls the hands are way too close (shoulder width) so wont transition well into a BB clean like it should to name a couple. I realize we can make our own but might be cool to have an elite level power lifter do deadlift videos and elite level olympic lift do oly vids, a pilates instructor to do a few positions etc

Full Access to Edit Exercises
Currently we can change system videos to our own. But we can't fully edit exercises with our own instructions? The instructions aren't always accurate with the exercise and not covering key points needed. I'm getting better instructions from ChatGPT.
I know we can create our own but I don't want my clients to lose their progress! You've already gave us the option to do our own video so why not let us add our own instructions?

Have a calendar for challenges
I'd love to be able to have a calendar specific for each challenge so that I can program workouts or have auto messages go out to the challengers.

Workout Feedback Overhaul with Mental Health Feedback, Screenshots, and Post Feedback Editing
In order to bring some much needed attention to the workout feedback section.
Adding a mental health feedback section where clients can give feedback on how they are feeling for that day. Having a pseudo
standardized way of giving feedback on how they felt can go a long way to better understand how easy or hard the workouts are.Sometimes when we you are out of breath and sweating you may not leave the most reliable feedback if you accidentally submit the feedback before you are ready to submit. Thus adding the ability to go back and edit the feedback…

Edit duration of program tags
Ability to edit the duration of program tags like we can for client auto tags. For example, I want to extend the duration of the program expiring tag from 1 week to 4 weeks, so I have an earlier reminder of them needing a new program.

Putting clients lasts lifts in the progression spreadsheet
when we are updating clients weights in the progression spreadsheet, it would be incredibly useful if the exercises listed in the 1st column had the clients last weights and reps in it. Pulling it from their exercise progression chart, So you don't have to flick between 2 tabs of a split screen.

In the planning stage, show how many times i have used each exercise with the client in the past
I write custom programs for every client, mostly using my own videos which I've uploaded. I would love a number)counter shoring how many times I have used that exercise with the client before. It's hard to remember which exercises I have used with which clients and how many times I have used it.

Auto save all changes when building workouts
We need auto save when building workouts writing descriptions/ instructions or just changing exercises or rep numbers. There are so many situations that you’re in the middle of working and the web interface freezes or closes. There shouldn’t be a need to manual save anything, it’s not 1995!

Have the ability to assign substitute exercises to any given exercise that is programmed
Have the ability to assign various alternatives to any given exercise so if you programmed a smith machine incline chest press for example and its not available the client can click onto alternatives to take out any guess work and can choose something you've selected and can get on with their workout without feeling lost.

TIME SCORING & LEADERBOARDS
TIME BASED WODs
I am a CrossFit Coach. We often program time-based workouts such as:
3 ROUNDS FOR TIME: 400m Row, 30 Air Squats, 20 PushUps, 10 Burpees, 10 PullUpsCan we add an input box for time scoring to be recorded?
This needs to be recalled next time that same workout is performed so that progress can be tracked
Can we add a daily leaderboard for athlete scoring and ranking within a group?2 votes -
VBT Prescriptions / Progression
Along with adding a feature to be able to prescribe loads based on 1rm, Id like to be able to prescribe loads based on velocity (a la VBT, or velocity-based training).
As a sport scientist, I use VBT and its and OBJECTIVE measure that can be great for fostering intrinsic motivation and intent to lift. This is a fun and easy way for clients to self regulate their loads while still attaining the desired training goal (i.e. strength, strength-speed, power, speed-strength, hypertrophy).

How to choose the best treadmill for walking?
Choosing a treadmill specifically for walking involves considering several key factors to ensure comfort, safety, and functionality:
Motor Power
For walking, you typically don't need as much horsepower as you would for running. A motor with around 2.0 to 3.0 horsepower is usually sufficient for walking speeds.Belt Size
Opt for a treadmill with a longer and wider belt to accommodate a comfortable walking stride. Look for dimensions around 55 inches long and 20 inches wide or larger.Speed Range
Ensure the treadmill offers a low-speed range suitable for walking. Most treadmills designed for home use will have speeds ranging…1 vote -

Exercise Alternative drop down for each exercise in a workout
Add a "Alternative Exercise" dropdown option for EACH exercise in a given workout. When machines or devices are busy at a gym, it leaves our clients guessing what a good alternative option is, which removes the power of their coach to guide that before hand.
