Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Terms and conditions per product

    Currently terms and conditions can be only generic in the welcome email - but they often should be different for different products. Should be able to have different documents for different products.

  3. Be able to quickly fill in Reps and kg from previous set completed inset of having to manually inputting each set

    Would be really convent as a PT and user to be able to just click a button that add in the previous reps and weight (kg) into next set if client has done the same reps and weight in all sets.
    At the moment if a person does 4 Sets of 10 and used 15kg I need to input all info 4 times and would be an amazing update.

  4. I would LOVE for the system to add stop lights to accounts. Like Red means new system dye GREEN means “all is good”.

    If a client leaves a message OR leaves measurements, pictures or weight... for their trainer there should be a RED (or any color) dot that pops up. This way us trainers would be able to quickly respond to that client needing feedback. Right now it’s EXTREMELY difficult to catch all “check ins” as your looking for clients that submitted their information. I have lost a lot of clients check ins because I didn’t get notified when they left their information.

  5. In circuit training programs, have the option for an exercise to be time based and a button to start the timer.

    In circuit training programs, have the option for an exercise to be timed based and a button to start the timer so people don't have to look at their watches or set a different timer. Just like how there is a timer for the rest periods, the same should exist for timed exercises.

  10. Start Client mid Program

    When creating Training Programs with multiple plans/microcycles that are progressive/periodized in nature, it would be nice to be able to start clients on certain plans. For example, having a bodybuilding Program, but beginner starts at the very beginning while someone who is a little more advanced starts on the 2nd or 3rd mesocycle

  12. Excel Uploads of workouts for mass workout template loading

    It would be awesome if there was a way to upload workout templates via an excel template. It would also be awesome to export workouts as well!

  16. Better overview for "Edit progression" for easier programming and periodization

    If you have multiple different workouts with the same exercise in it, it would be easier to see them all at once in "Edit progression" calendar/view

  17. Add Session Notes Pop Up once session is complete

    Hi, a great feature would be an end of session note pop-up .It would be brilliant if you could have a box that pops up at the end of every session that sets reminders for when the client has their next session. This would be easier for off the cuff notes that need to be made. Also, particular session notes could be another feature. So as well as a note reminder that pops up at the end of a session, that same pop up could ask where you'd like to be reminded - for example, when that particular session is…

  18. Add an exercise to an existing workout on the fly

    In the previous version of the app, you could add an exercise on the fly. It helped when you simply added another exercise or substituted an exercise for some reason and wanted to record it accurately. i.e. maybe you substitute a DB bench press for a BB bench press. This can still be done on the browser, but is no longer available on the app. I resort to making a note in a notebook and entering it later when I am at my computer.

  19. Allow for graphing of multiple variables at the same time

    For example, I need to be able to graph (on the same graph at the same time);
    1) exercise load AND reps.
    2) BF and Lean mass

    I would also like to be able to determine the time frame (start date and end date) for each graph

  20. nutrition and macro split

    set different calorie and macro targets within the same week based on training days vs rest days? For example, higher carbs on workout days and lower carbs/higher fats on non-training days. this need to be a priority to fix
