Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  4. Request for Advanced Client Progress Tracking Tools

    Hi everyone,
    I’d like to ask if there are any plans to improve the client progress tracking and reporting features in Trainerize? For example, it would be great to have more customizable reports or easier ways to visualize client progress over time (weight, measurements, workout performance, etc.).

    Is this something the team is considering in future updates, or are there recommended workarounds that coaches are currently using?

  5. View Group Member Exercise History on one screen

    Ability to open a workout assigned to a group and see all of their previous weights on one screen--just like an individual's workout, but with all of the members' numbers on one screen. This would be brilliant when working with small groups so that we are able to tell clients what weights they should be using without having everyone on their individual devices.

  7. Make date bar sticky at the top of the app

    When you're scrolling through classes to book, the date bar is not sticky so you don't know what date you're looking at. If the date bar persisted at the top of the page while class list scrolled, it would be easier

  8. Add broader tags for filtering classes

    Broader class type tagging for filters. Currently there is one filter per exact class name (eg "yin yoga", "restorative yoga") , you can't just filter by all yoga classes. Adding support for tagging classes with a broader category would make class booking much simpler

  11. Seated Band Exercises

    I have a large population of senior citizen clients and many of them perform chair exercises with bands and dumbbells and the available exercises don’t fit this specific population. It would be amazing if more videos like this could be added.

  15. Add an “Expired” status for memberships in Trainerize–Glofox integration

    At the moment, when a client no longer has an active membership in Glofox, the status options in Trainerize seem to be only Delete or Offline.

    This is confusing because we also have real offline clients who use Trainerize only for training records. Right now, expired clients and offline clients are mixed together under the same status.

    It would be very helpful to add a separate Expired status, so that:
    • Expired = membership ended
    • Offline = client is intentionally not on an active membership

    This would make client management much clearer and improve reporting and follow-up.
