A tab where trainer and client can easily see all the appointments that have passed, upcoming, cancelled w/ no refund or refund without having to use Calendar or Advanced Report.

adding new client to repeating class/program
I'd love to be able to update my group sessions to add people to repeated sessions versus 1 session. I have a 12 week program and if someone starts part way through I have to manually go through each class and add the person. It would be great if I could add the person to the class with a repeat option for the future classes.

Full control over booking windows
The ability to choose exactly how long before a class starts that a member can book and cancel is a huge necessity.
Right now the minimum sign up time is limited to 2 hours or 0 hours before the class--why isn't there at least a 1 hour option??Ideally this is an input box next to a drop down menu like when you set an alert in Google Calendars where you select Week, Day, Hour, Minutes and then enter your desired time frame.

Booking a client using credits:
When creating an appointment on the calendar, there needs to be a visible updated "credit remaining number". I have gone to move a client, fill in the booking details go to choose the client, and only then am i aware they have no credit remaining. Its clunky and adds additional steps to the process. Example of how it would to be helpful; name (2 credits)

Make date bar sticky at the top of the app
When you're scrolling through classes to book, the date bar is not sticky so you don't know what date you're looking at. If the date bar persisted at the top of the page while class list scrolled, it would be easier

Add broader tags for filtering classes
Broader class type tagging for filters. Currently there is one filter per exact class name (eg "yin yoga", "restorative yoga") , you can't just filter by all yoga classes. Adding support for tagging classes with a broader category would make class booking much simpler

2 calendars sync for booking
Add 2 calendars sync for checking availability. One main for creating appointments in Google Calendar or outlook calendar. Many users using Microsoft tools so good to be add outlook sync too.

Tidycal is good option for calendly. Good to have possibility to use tidycal booking or time availability or add outlook calendar with two 2 calendar check availability. And one of them for creating booking.

Notifications for Group Classes
We need notifications for group class bookings. For both in person and virtual. Currently we don’t get notified when we have a group class booking. I manage multiple trainers with various class times. Checking about 50 virtual slots daily is chaotic. A simple notification will help tremendously

See who has booked into group bookings
The previous app allowed our members to see who was booked into sessions. The updated version doesnt. Our members want this option back!

Link for Classes / Group appointments
Provide a link to the class so we advertise outside of the app to prospect people and so we can advertise in the Banner notifications. The banner notifications seems very limited right now so this would be a good pairing.

Clients being able to check in to their sessions so we can keep track of how many sessions they have left
It would be nice if there was a feature that allowed you to input the number of sessions that were purchased and the client had the ability to check into each session so that we could keep track of how many sessions the client has left. This would require two different options.
